- The anticipated salary for this role is $85 - $95K annually.

The Marketing and Content Manager oversees marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role manages external partnerships to develop compelling content, execute strategic campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Support integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.
- Assist with digital marketing, including website updates, email automation, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Contribute to traditional marketing efforts such as print, direct mail, local advertising, and event promotions.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
Content Management and Development
- Oversee video content development, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Manage external creators and agencies to produce video, graphics, and written content.
- Maintain and optimize website content in WordPress content management system (CMS, supporting conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Oversee Google Business Profiles and local listings to enhance visibility and SEO performance.
- Design marketing assets into diverse content formats, including videos, infographics, and case studies, to maximize reach and engagement.
Social Media and Digital Engagement
- Lead social media strategy to align with marketing objectives.
- Manage the external agency handling posts and community engagement.
- Develop, publish, and monitor content for company pages.
- Partner with community teams to curate and develop localized content for the social media agency.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Create and manage dashboards to track key marketing performance indicators (KPI).
- Analyze data to provide insights and optimize marketing performance.
- Present reports to leadership, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
- Requires local and overnight travel throughout all communities or business-related locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent and regular attendance.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt content across various digital platforms.
- Responsible for managing select vendor relationships.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can extract relevant components from complex situations to connect the dots, make sound decisions, and work with minimal direction.
- Proven expertise in creating and managing video content from ideation to post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut, with strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Comprehensive understanding of file formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG, GIF) and resolution best practices for optimizing digital content.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing or creative agency experience, specializing in digital marketing, traditional media, and content strategy.
- Proven experience in social media strategy and agency management, with proficiency in platforms like Sprout Social.
- Possess a robust background in analytics and optimization, with extensive experience utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
