Who is eligible for the leadership development program?
Currently, all people leaders and managers at SRG are invited to participate in the program. This includes everyone from the frontline department managers at the community to the top executive leadership.

What makes the program special?
The LDP learning modules enable our leaders to connect with their peers in their local area and throughout the United States wherein they share their experiences, best practices, and learn from those doing similar work and facing similar challenges.
How does the program empower future or existing leaders?
SRG is fortunate to attract great people with loads of talent. Our people are generally curious, and they share a common interest for growth and development. The LDP allows for self-reflection and increases awareness for how people impact one another in the spirit of teamwork and shared outcomes.
