Seeking Experienced Lead Server for Upscale Independent Living Community in Northwest Neighborhood.
Northwest Place is an Independent Living Retirement Community in the Northwest Neighborhood of Portland and we have an opening for a full time Lead Server in our Cascade Dining Room for both Breakfast and Dinner shifts.
This position is a perfect job for a Hospitality Professional seeking a great Work/Life Balance with consecutive days off and no late nights.

- Work closely with Dining Room Supervisor and Food Services Director to ensure that service standards and procedures are met
- Overseeing Team members and ensuring all side work and tasks are completed
- Assist in the set-up of tables and the seating of residents
- Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Taking orders and delivering food to residents, Bussing and resetting tables
- Following daily sanitation cleaning schedules
- Maintaining a pleasant demeanor and demonstrate excellent communication skills

Some customer service experience helpful, but we train.
