SpringRidge Court is a well established Licensed Assisted Living Community with 70 apartments of Assisted Living and 14 apartments of Memory Care. CARF Accredited with competitive pay and great benefits.
- Pay range: $105,000-$118,000 / year
- Must be flexible with weekly schedule.
- Must have weekend availability.

Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage all aspects of our assisted living operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Implement innovative programs and services that enhance the well-being and quality of life for our residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a sense of community and trust.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for our team members, helping them to grow and excel in their roles.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- Significant experience in assisted living or a closely related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine passion for working with older adults.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a vision for the future of assisted living.
