Located in an upscale retail shopping, office, dining, entertainment, and residential center: Maravilla at The Domain is Austin’s newest active senior living community. Our Longhorn Restaurant offers in-room and dining room service with evolving menus and daily fresh specials, open 12 hours a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A full-service bar with lounge and casual dining bistro add to many other amenities in this service enriched senior living community. Job Description
The server extends exceptional customer service, complies with applicable sanitation regulations, practices fine-dining service standards, and maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Writes order and relays to kitchen through POS, serve food and drinks from the kitchen and bar.
- Serves water and other beverages. Ensure that beverages are refreshed throughout meal.
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
- Takes orders for, picks up, and delivers room service orders.
- Assists with the set-up and break down of special events and community catering.
- Demonstrates teamwork with kitchen, service and community staff
