Full-time and Part Time Opportunity

We make this job fun and a team effort when serving food to residents and guests in our Enliven in-house restaurant. Seasonal and regional menus are ever-evolving, offering signature dishes and daily specials. And NO LATE NIGHTS means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. 

Essential Duties: 

• Portion and plate all dinner items according to established portion sizes, recipes, presentation standards, and individual resident dietary requirements.

• Prepare the dining area and satellite kitchen for each meal service.

• Serve meals and beverages to residents promptly, courteously, and respectfully.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized satellite kitchen at all times.

• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen areas according to established sanitation procedures.

• Keep the satellite kitchen fully stocked with snacks, beverages, condiments, paper products, and other essential items.

• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or replenishment needs to the appropriate supervisor.

• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items and supplies.

• Maintain all required kitchen and food-service logs accurately and on time, including temperature, cleaning, and other required records.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and workplace safety procedures.

• Ensure residents receive the correct meals and portions based on documented dietary restrictions, allergies, and meal requirements.

• Provide attentive and compassionate service to residents, maintaining a calm and pleasant dining environment.

• Observe and report significant changes in residents’ eating habits, appetite, or ability to eat safely to the appropriate care staff.

• Assist with dining room cleanup, kitchen closing procedures, and restocking after each meal service.

• Complete other duties related to dining service and resident support as assigned.

• Maintain required food handlers certifications
