- The role is based in Arizona with travel to east coast communities
- The anticipated salary range for this role is $180K- $210K annually

The Regional Sales Director drives sales performance and execution across assigned communities nationwide, both existing and in development. Delivers ongoing sales training to team members at all levels. Partners with Executive Directors to meet and exceed occupancy and sales targets. Oversees customer relationship management (CRM) tools within YARDI, including Lead Manager, Speed to Lead, Customer Journey, and conversion metrics. Accountable for sustained occupancy growth and achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual census goals. This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Coach, Train, and Analyze Provide strategic coaching and training to support teams, ensuring consistent execution of sales best practices.
- Guide teams to:
- Conduct at least three weekly home visits and send five personalized OneDay videos.
- Maintain 15+ daily prospect connections and timely follow-up using CRM tools.
- Deliver daily tours with tailored “One Extra” experiences for prospects.
- Meet conversion benchmarks (50% inquiry-to-visit; 25% visit-to-move-in) and achieve five move-ins per month.
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth through CRM analytics, Yardi reports, and strategic sales planning.
- Collaborate with Regional Operations and Clinical Partners to meet occupancy goals and ensure community success.
- Support Executive Directors with sales associate performance reviews and ensure proper training documentation.
- Lead weekly team and individual calls to review lead stages, tour activity, and sales outcomes. Schedule
- Typically works Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability to support community events such as open houses.
- Requires up to 80% travel to assigned communities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel three to four days weekly if/when needed.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can extract relevant components from complex situations to connect the dots, make sound decisions, and work with minimal direction.
- Understand the sales function and assigned community and make recommendations as business needs evolve.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent and regular attendance.
- Consistently uphold an overall professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM software, Yardi, and other business-related software.ducation and Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another closely related field preferred.
- Proven work experience with five to seven years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in hospitality, real estate, or healthcare industries, with a preference for experience working with seniors.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
