In partnership with marketing leadership and other stakeholders, the Marketing Coordinator synchronizes the production of digital and print marketing materials, call tracking, traffic reports, and sales event schedule for all communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day support with departmental projects.
- Assists graphic designer(s) with layout and production of print and digital promotional materials, including ads, collateral, direct mail, digital display ads, invitations, and flyers.
- Coordinates the production and delivery of community marketing materials, promotional items, signage, and home office projects.
- Assists social media manager with content editing and campaign rollouts as needed.
- Acts as liaison with communities, internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendors to maintain appropriate inventory levels of collateral and promotional materials and supplies.
- Produces routine traffic reports to evaluate and analyze productivity, lead sourcing, conversion rates, and applicable data for all communities to determine effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Assists communities with property-based direct mailing efforts including list generation through Yardi or other data sources, coordination with local printers, mailing houses, and follows up to ensure objectives are met.
- Maintains tracking system for ongoing non-collateral projects.
- Uses Wrike to manage community events, ads, direct mail, email marketing, etc.
- Mediates and reconciles projects with freelance graphic designers and production artists upon request.
- Coordinates with accounting and processes invoices for payment as directed.
- Travel including overnight(s) as/when needed. • Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of marketing/communications/ content management experience working within a corporate office or agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business needs continue to evolve.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent and regular attendance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses knowledge of pre-flighting artwork for print projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Acrobat), HubSpot, Wrike, G Suite, and CRM.
- Knowledge of Yardi and call tracking software a plus.
- Basic video editing, digital design and social media skills are preferred.
